WHAT IS THIS STORE'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

Due to the custom nature of hand calligraphy products, no refunds or exchanges will be made once an order has been completed. All sales are final. However, if there is an issue from shipping please do not hesitate to contact us. Your happiness is our happiness!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Prints and greeting cards are shipped in a cellophane sleeve with cardboard backing inside a rigid mailer. I try to get orders out as soon as possible, please allow 3-5 business days for your purchase to be ready for shipping.

If you would like a rushed order, please notify us prior to checking out and we will work it in to your purchase price.

WHAT IF I'M SENDING MY ORDER AS A GIFT AND I AM HAVING IT SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT?

Sending a gift is quite easy! Simply change the shipping address to the recipient's address and include what you'd like to say in the 'Note to Seller'. If you would like us to include a gift note, just mention it in your order message and indicate the exact wording (please not too wordy). Invoices and receipts are not included in the shipped package.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER? IS IT SECURE?

Our checkout process utilizes Stripe, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, we have all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. We also utilize PayPal for convenience.

Prints are not mass produced, so each print is unique and may have slight imperfections. Not every original item will be identical, and we like it that way! Please keep this in mind as you decide on your purchases.

PRINTABLE FILES

Due to differences in monitor and printer calibrations, colors may appear different in print than on screen. The final print quality will depend on the type of printer and paper used. You may take your digital file to a printer for professional printing if desired.
